Live prototype

Retrieve, quote, cite, or refuse.

POINT is a TRL 4 lab system on a synthetic unclassified corpus. It does not call an external model. Retrieval is hybrid BM25 plus TF-IDF cosine, fused by reciprocal rank.

The live prototype is more than an ask box: role-fenced corpus browse, session audit, admin ingest into a process-local index, and a gold-set eval that has to stay green. Operators, maintainers, and admins still see different publications.

This is not a Navy system, not TRL 6, and not accredited. A relevant-environment demonstration would still need Government publications, GFE, and a real watch floor. The sample publications are training data, not operational manuals.

A 20-case gold set checks citation, role fence, refusal, and injection on every build. The public label remains TRL 4. Use Run locked beats to see the three Phase 2 cases on one screen.
